Designated members of the Appraisal Institute are known around the world for their knowledge and experience as well as their unbiased and objective approach to real property appraisal and analysis.

 

• To hold an Appraisal Institute designation, an individual must meet rigorous education, experience and ethics requirements.

• Lenders, government agencies, courts, corporations, investors and individual property owners seek out opinions of Appraisal Institute Designated members to guide their real estate decisions.

• The SRA membership designation is held by professionals who can provide a wide range of services relating to residential properties, including providing opinions of value, evaluations, reviews, consulting and advice regarding investment decisions, among others.
